RETURN & REFUND POLICY

I do not accept order cancellations. If you are not satisfied with your order, partial refunds are only accepted if the item is returned. Due to the fact that these items are handmade and made to order, I cannot give a full refund. Keep in mind that each item is made 100% by me and small imperfections are inevitable, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
SHIPPING INFO

I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carrier mishandling. Once the package is shipped, it is out of my control what happens to the package. I can do my best to file a claim but I can not guarantee your order is found and I am unable to refund or replace free of charge. By placing your order you agree to the possibility.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE​
I have the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts my business and customers, fails to pay or has a history of payment disputes and chargebacks, requests things outside of my capabilities, or poses as a safety concern.
ABOUT MY WOOD ART​
​
All wood items are burned by hand and are sealed finished art pieces. The sealant is not waterproof but water resistant to minimal light cleaning, humidity and dampness but it will not be protected from prolonged moisture exposure. They are not unfinished wood for crafts so please be respectful and do not color, paint or alter my pieces. Thank you.
