I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carrier mishandling. Once the package is shipped, it is out of my control what happens to the package. All wood items are burned by hand and are sealed finished art pieces. The sealant is not waterproof but water resistant to minimal light cleaning, humidity and dampness but it will not be protected from prolonged moisture exposure. They are not unfinished wood for crafts so please be respectful and do not color, paint or alter my pieces. Thank you.
